Most people know what they do not want — rooms that feel cold, furniture that does not quite fit, colours that seem right in a store but wrong on the walls. They are not sure how to fix it and they do not know where to start.
That is exactly where a design consultation changes everything. You do not need to know the right terms or the right brands. You just need to know how you want your home to feel. Yvonne and our design team listen to that and translate it into specific, practical decisions that make the transformation happen.
Our design process is simple, personal, and built entirely around you. No design jargon, no overwhelming presentations, no pressure. Just a thoughtful conversation that leads to a home you love.
We start with a conversation — in our showroom or in your home — about your space, your lifestyle, your aesthetic preferences, and your goals for the project. This is where we listen. We take notes on what excites you, what frustrates you about your current space, and what your dream outcome looks like. No obligation, no pressure.
Based on your consultation, we develop a design direction — a curated set of furniture, rug, lighting, and decor options that work together to achieve the look and feel you described. Every piece we suggest is specific to your space and your style. We explain each choice so you understand why it works.
We present your personalised furniture and decor selections from our premium brands — Canadel, Norwalk, Caracole, Jonathan Charles, and others — alongside rugs, lighting, and accent pieces from our showroom collection. We walk you through the options, answer every question, and help you feel confident in every decision.
We refine the selections based on your feedback. This is a collaborative process — you are in control of every decision. We adjust, substitute, and tweak until the plan reflects exactly what you want.
Once you are happy with the plan, we manage the ordering process for all custom furniture and decor pieces. Most custom furniture delivers within 2 to 4 weeks. We coordinate delivery and can assist with installation and final styling on request.
From sofa selection and rug placement to accent tables, lighting, and wall art — we create living rooms that are beautiful, comfortable, and built for the way you actually use the space.
A dining room should feel welcoming and elegant. We help you select a dining table, chairs, lighting, and accessories that make every meal feel like an occasion — whether you are entertaining guests or sharing Sunday breakfast with family.
Your bedroom should be your sanctuary. We work with you on bed frames, headboards, bedding selection, nightstands, dressers, lighting, and window treatments to create a room that genuinely feels like a retreat.
For clients undertaking a full home renovation, new build, or complete refresh, we offer comprehensive whole-home design. We establish a consistent design language across every room so your home feels cohesive and intentional from front door to back porch.
Amelia Island vacation homes and second homes have specific design needs — they need to be beautiful but also durable, easy to maintain, and able to accommodate both family use and occasional rental. We have designed many coastal and vacation homes in the Nassau County area.
We bring the design consultation to you. For clients who prefer to begin the design process in their own space, Yvonne and our team offer in-home consultations throughout Amelia Island, Fernandina Beach, Yulee, and the surrounding area.
Many of our most successful design projects started with a client who just wanted to ask a few questions. There is no minimum budget, no obligation to purchase, and no pressure. We have a genuine conversation about your home, your goals, and what is possible — and you leave with real, specific ideas you can act on.
